I am Ma. Vanessa Canonigo, a mother, a leader and a team player and I am an experienced Customer Service and Administrative Assistant. For 6 years, I have managed to master the proper way of handling customer and payment related concerns, data management and reports and analysis. Proficient in MS Applications such as PowerPoint Presentations, Word and Excel. I really love and enjoy being a Customer Service and Administrative Assistant because I have this passion of helping people and responding to their needs.
